About Us

Glenn Thorp began working in the swimming pool industry in 1974 at the age of 14 in Sarasota Florida for an established Pool Service company. Glenn did everything from selling, testing water, repairing and servicing pools. After attending The University of Florida, he opened his first Pool Service business in 1981.

The business in Florida specialized in Gunite pools, Pool Service, Pool Renovation, and Pool Repair. Glenn sold the business and in 1992. He decided to move back to his roots with his family and settled in Connecticut. In 1995, he opened Precision Pool and Aquatics LLC.

Glenn began building the business with the same philosophy he had in Florida - Service, Service, Service. Clients deserve to have their swimming pools serviced by professionals who take pride in their work and realize that client satisfaction is our number one priority.
